Both varieties must not exceed the 25% of the total percentage; they are produced by grapes planted in vineyards situated in adequate areas. Such vineyards should not yield 1.500 kg /1/4 acres; the temperature of the alcoholic fermentation can not exceed the 20 C; the alcohol grade of such wines should not be inferior of 10 % VOL. but it can not exceed the 12 % VOL.
