Such wines are produced by "XINOMAURO", "ATHIRA" and "ASIRTIKO" grape varieties. They are produced by grapes planted in vineyards situated in adequate areas. Such vineyards should not yield 700 kg/1/4 of an acre; the temperature of the alcoholic fermentation can not exceed the 20 C; the alcohol grade of such wines should not be inferior of 10.5 % VOL. but it can not exceed the 12 % VOL.
