Articles 70 and 71 provide for the expenses inside and outside of quarantine stations of cleansing material respectively. Article 75 provides for the expenses of controlling the transfer of cotton lint or seeds. Article 73 is concerned with the expenses which have to be paid by importers and exporters. Article 80 states that the expenses mentioned in articles 70, and 71 are added to the ones mentioned in article 73 .
