It does not apply to infant food, dietary or medicinal products, raw materials or products that contain GMOs, or to homemade products. Mandatory condition for trade of meat and meat-based products shall be compliance thereof with the provisions of the present Technical Regulation, compliance with hygienic requirements related to manufacturing, packaging, storage, transportation and trade, prevention of food poisoning and infectious disease. Storage facilities must be kept clean and be disinfected and have pests eradicated periodically. Meat and meat-based products shall be authorized for trade only if they are not harmful to human health or life.
