Abstract

The Government, for the purpose of implementation of the state policy in the sphere of manufacturing and application of chemical and biological agents, meeting manufacturing, storing and application conditions established for chemicals and plant protection means, testing, expertise and registration thereof, decrees to set up the State Commission on Chemicalization and Plant Protection. The Commission shall carry out the following functions: (a) implementation of the state policy with a view of increasing crop capacity of agricultural crops; (b) elaboration and validation of rules and regulations of registration and application of chemicals and plant protection means; (c) expertise of scientific and technical documentation related to chemical and biological agents of national and foreign origin; and (d) quality control over chemicals and plant protection means.
