The Decree enters into force two months after the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

The Decree prescribes the technical standards for floating devices intended to prevent pollution by oil and petrol oil by-products and are to be used within the Greek sea waters. It also prescribes the procedure for the approval of devices.
