The Regulation enters into force on 17 February 2004.
Abstract

The Forest Ministry is the national state institution subordinated to the Council of Ministers. The main tasks of the Forest Ministry shall be: (a) carrying out the state policy in the sphere of forest management, conservation of the forests stock and reforestation; (b) regulation of forestry and administration of forest service; (c) state control of the forest stock. The Forest Ministry shall have competence in the following fields: (a) protection and conservation of public forest; (b) hunting; (c) forest organization, organization of hunting reserves, forest monitoring; (d) timber extraction; (e) issuing of hunting authorization.
