Abstract

Article 1 of the Ministerial Decree gives the definition of fishing-tourism activities. It includes in particular: (a) sport fishing carried out by using the fishing methods prescribed in the fishing licence, according to Presidential Decree No. 1639 of 2 October 1968; (b) recreational activities aimed at the enhancement of marine and fishing culture; (c) activities intended to promote the knowledge of the coastal environment, coastal lagoons and internal waters.
