Abstract According to the definitions contained in the Reference Manual of the Operational Programme for the Fisheries Sector, 2007-2013, an ‘action’ is a project or group of projects that are selected by the Programme’s administering Committee, or under its responsibility, are established by the monitoring Committee. These actions are evaluated and selected for funding by the afore-mentioned Bodies and are implemented by one or more beneficiaries, selected in line with the criteria set forth for the achievement of the objectives under the priority axis with which they are connected. After an action has been submitted for evaluation, a Decision for its implementation, funding and integration into the Operational Programme is issued by the Minister. The present Decree brings forth the type and content of the Decision for integration of an action in the Operational Programme, according to the provisions of Law No. 3614/2007 (article 38, paragraph 2).
