Entry into force notes
This Ministerial Decree enters into force ten days after the date of its official publication.
Abstract

This Ministerial Decree establishes that nuclear plant operator during projecting of nuclear plant in the process of drafting of nuclear plant operating instructions and documentation must envisage preliminary plan for putting out of operation nuclear plant that must be approved by the competent public authority. Preliminary plan must contain the following: (a) deactivation/decontamination and removal of all radioactive substances from nuclear plant operation site; (b) safe long-term storage with subsequent deactivation/decontamination of radioactive substances; and (c) and sealing action of nuclear plant.
