The following activities on the territory of state biological reserve “Sporovskiy” shall be prohibited: (a) change of natural landscape; (b) flame scaling of timber extraction areas; (c) application of chemicals, effluent waste water discharge and waste disposal; (d) fire lighting; (e) main use felling in determined areas; and (f) grazing (until 15 June) and mowing (until 30 June). Creation of state biological reserve “Sporovskiy” shall not entail expropriation of land from land tenants. Damage caused to state biological reserve “Sporovskiy” by natural and legal persons shall be compensated to the amount and in accordance with the modalities established by the national legislation.
