Licensing authority shall be the Federal Supervision Service for Protection of Consumers and Human Well-being. Licensed activity shall be related to work and services. Licensing requirements shall include: (a) availability of facilities and equipment; (b) availability of radiation control, registration and protection systems; and (c) availability of qualified staff. The applicant shall submit the following documentation: (a) copy of documents attesting availability of constructions, works and facilities (immovable property); (b) copy of documents attesting availability of radiation sources; and (c) copy of documents attesting staff qualification in the field of radiation sources.
