Abstract

This Ministerial Decree establishes licensing terms and conditions for nuclear energy management, handling of nuclear materials and sources of ionizing radiation. Licence holders shall be exclusively legal persons and licensing authority shall be Committee on nuclear energy subordinated to the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources. Licence for nuclear energy management shall be general and open-ended. The applicant shall file the following documentation: (a) application; (b) notarized copy of company statute and copy of state registration as legal person; (c) notarized copy of state registration as taxpayer; (d) confirmation of payment of licensing fee to the state budget for authorization to carry out licensed activities; and (e) documents attesting qualification requirements.
