Negative natural phenomena shall be considered meteorological, agrometeorological and hydrological phenomena causing destruction or damage of crops. natural disasters having negative impact on agriculture shall be classified as follows: (a) air drought and soil drought; (b) winterkilling; (c) excessive soil moistening; (d) flood; (e) dry hotwind; (f) hailstorm; (g) rainstorm; (h) chill; and (i) mud flow.
