Abstract

This Ministerial Decree establishes criteria and characteristics for assessment of negative environmental impact. Negative natural phenomena shall be considered meteorological, agrometeorological and hydrological phenomena causing destruction or damage of crops. natural disasters having negative impact on agriculture shall be classified as follows: (a) air drought and soil drought; (b) winterkilling; (c) excessive soil moistening; (d) flood; (e) dry hotwind; (f) hailstorm; (g) rainstorm; (h) chill; and (i) mud flow. The aforesaid natural disaster shall be subdivided into long-term and short-term phenomena.
