The state authorities and municipalities shall carry out control over the use, as well as ensure the identification, research, inventory, monitoring and protection of cultural heritage. This Decree sets out provisions on (i) protection zones, reserves, restoration, conservation, maintenance, construction, reconstruction and land improvement of immovable cultural heritage, (ii) conservation of movable cultural heritage, (iii) conservation of intangible cultural heritage, (iv) restoration and use of cultural heritage.
