Abstract

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of allocation of subsidies for potable water supply from particularly important group and local water supply systems that are non-competitive sources of potable water supply out of state budget for the current financial year. The purpose of allocation of subsidies shall be to cover completely or partially the costs (cheapening of services) of water suppliers servicing the most important group and local water supply systems supplying potable water to water users. The amount of subsidies for each province (cities of national status, capital) shall be set by the National Construction, Housing and Communal Services Agency with the consideration of proposals submitted by the local self-government. Subsidies shall be paid for services already performed.
