Abstract: With this Decree and in accordance with Commission Directive 2010/69/EU amending the Annexes of Council Directive 95/2/EC on food additives other than colours and sweeteners, a number of articles to the Food Code are hereby amended. More specifically, articles Nos. 33, 37, 41, 42, 44, 70, 80, 83, 84, 87, 90, 91, 99, 103, 112, 114, 119, 121, 125, 131, 132, 137, 141, 144 and 145 are amended. The amendments concern a number of food additives other than colours and sweeteners that may be used in the preparation of foodstuffs and the conditions for their use.
