Viticulture register shall make integral part of land cadastre. Vine varieties shall be classified as: (a) recognized variety; (b) unrecognized variety; and (c) allowable variety. Testing and zoning of vine varieties shall be carried out by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food. Planting of vine for the purpose of grape production shall be carried out by the holders of licence with the utilization of the recognized vine varieties.
