Ministerial Decree No. 237 validating the Regulation on operation of waterworks and ensuring safety thereof.

This Ministerial Decree shall be applicable to waterworks authorization for construction or operation of which was cancelled, including unsafe waterworks in disrepair, waterworks subject to conservation or liquidation, and ownerless waterworks.
