Abstract

This Ministerial Decree establishes classification and state registration exploitable volume and forecast resource of groundwater by degree of exploration and degree of suitability for economic management thereof. Exploitable volume and forecast resource of groundwater that have passed state geological expertise shall be subject to mandatory state registration. Exploitable volume and forecast resource of groundwater shall be subject to assessment of potable quality, technical and mineral characteristics in accordance with standards and technical requirements. Volume and resources of groundwater shall be calculated in cubic metres per day. Volume shall be classified in the following categories: A – developed; B – explored; C1 – pre-assessed; and C2 – ascertained. Resources shall be designated with the letter R.
