Abstract This Regulation consisting of 3 articles sets forth the management of fish exports. Article 1 prohibits the export of some living aquatic resources as listed in that article, starting from the 1st of May 2011 until the 30th of September 2011. Article 2 establishes that the Ministry shall control the implementation of the Regulation without affecting the activities of fish establishments licensed and have obtained the certificate for fish quality control issued by the competent authority in the Ministry regarding the export of raw fish products processed by cutting, processing and packaging.
