State Committee on Environmental Protection, State Inspection on Supervision over Geological Exploration of Subsoil, Safe Industrial Activity, Geological Survey and Municipal Waste management and State Committee on Geology and Mineral Resources, and also local self-government bodies shall be the authorized state institutions in the sphere of exploration, management and protection of subsoil. The scope of the aforesaid authorized state institutions shall be to ensure enforcement of legislation on subsoil.
