Abstract This Decree sets out particular requirements for safe air transportation of dangerous goods in accordance with the provisions of the Chicago Convention on International Civil Aviation, the Interim Agreement on International Civil Aviation, the Aviation Act of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Transportation Act of the Republic of Azerbaijan and other relevant legislative acts.
