Federal Land Cadastre Service has its local (territorial) branches at the regional level. It supervises the functioning of the state unitary enterprises and agencies. This Decree establishes that the functioning of the Federal Land Cadastre Service is regulated by the Russian Constitution, by Federal Laws, Decrees and Orders of the President and of the Government of the Russian Federation and by this Statute. The President of the Federal Land Cadastre Service is appointed and dismissed by the Government.
