Federal Intellectual Property Service shall carry out the following plenary powers: (a) elaboration and validation of the registration proceedings for intellectual property objects and issuance of registration certificates; (b) elaboration and validation of the form of patent; (c) elaboration and validation of the form of certificate for appellation and place of origin of commodities; (d) publishes data on submitted applications for registration of intellectual property objects and contracts for exclusive use of intellectual property rights; (e) acceptance and examination of applications for registration of intellectual property rights.
