It shall be prohibited to import, use or trade any product that: (a) does not comply with the relevant sanitary, epidemiological and hygienic requirements; (b) is not accompanied by a product safety certificate or, for products that may pose a risk to human health, a state registration certificate; or (d) has been adulterated or is spoiled. It shall be prohibited to manufacture products: (a) in a manner that does not comply with sanitary and epidemiological requirements; (b) without the proper equipment; (c) without normative and technical documentation or state registration; (d) using prohibited food additives, ingredients or raw materials; or (e) that pose a risk of mass infection or food poisoning.
