Abstract This Resolution is concerned with date palm trees, and is composed of 8 articles. It prohibits the export of palm seedlings in all kinds except with an authorization by the Minister of Agriculture, and in accordance with specific terms and conditions. The Resolution also prohibits the transportation of palm trees unless authorized by the pest control management committee. Articles 5 and 6 focus on cuttings and palm trees especially the cases of infections and how to treat them. Full text Arabic
