Concession of the aforesaid fishing waterbodies shall be carried out in accordance with the national legislation related to protection, stock enhancement and management of fishery resources and other aquatic animals. Common water uses of waterbodies conceded in separate or joint management shall be allowed prior authorization of local self-government by agreement with water basin institutions. The applicants must submit to tender commission the following documentation: (a) application; (b) documents attesting compliance with qualification requirements; (c) notarized copies of statute and state registration certificate (for legal persons) and taxpayer certificate and personal identification document (for natural persons); (d) intentions and substantiation of investment; and (e) obligations related to observance of water management regulations, carrying out water protection arrangements and compliance with the established regime of economic activity.
