Abstract

This Ministerial Decree establishes that the basic objectives and tasks of industrial supervision shall be: (a) enforcement of industrial safety; and (b) prevention of technological accidents and disasters. State inspectors in the course of inspection shall be authorized to draw up reports on administrative offences related to industrial safety. The basic objective and tasks of state supervision related to safe transportation of hazardous substances shall be: (a) enforcement of safety requirements and technical standards; and (b) prevention of the infringement of legislation related to safe transportation of hazardous substances and prevention of accidents.
