This Decree stresses on biological and technological bases, melioration, production volume, water resources, volume of water and fishing capacity. In order to conserve sturgeon and other species in Caspian Sea against the impacts of climate change, related state programs shall be monitored by the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources in cooperation with the relevant scientific research institutions and experts. This Decree shall not apply to endemic, genetically modified and toxic species of fish and other aquatic biological resources.
