Ministerial Decree No. 20 regarding the arrangements for the fulfilment of international obligations related to international agreements on protection of ozone layer.

This Ministerial Decree implements the Vienna Convention for the Protection of the Ozone Layer (1985) and the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer (1987). This Ministerial Decree establishes to prohibit from 1 January 2000 import to Uzbekistan of ozone depleting substances and produce containing them from countries that are non signatories of Vienna Convention and Montreal Protocol. Import of ozone depleting substances and produce containing them from the countries that a
