This Decree enters into force upon signature.

Abstract

This Decree aims at a) protection and restoration of natural complexes or their components, b) maintenance of ecological balance, c) ensuring implementation of limitations for economic activities of the owners, users and tenants, and d) carrying out scientific, cultural, educational and economic activities.
