This Decree enters into force upon signature.
Abstract

This Decree states that technical specifications of emission for stationary sources of hazardous substances emitted in atmospheric air shall be determined according to the standards and guidelines in force. Furthermore technical criteria for emission for transport, other kinds of mobile means and the facilities as a source of pollution of atmospheric air shall be determined in accordance with the standards set by the CIS Committee for Standardization, Metrology and Certification. In the absence of appropriate standard, the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources shall determine technical specifications. In addition the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources shall determine technical criteria of emission for sources of pollution and permissible limit of emission for stationary sources in the absence of standards.
