Abstract

This Ministerial Decree sets forth rules for artisanal and sport fishing by natural persons, including foreign citizens, on the regional territory. It establishes that common use waterbodies (Annex 1) shall be used for artisanal and sport fishing for fee or free of charge without authorization or permit, fishfarming enterprises (Annex 2) can be used for artisanal and sport fishing free of charge or for fee in accordance with fishing authorization or fishing permit. Terms of use of fishery waterbodies for artisanal and non-commercial fishing shall be regulated by contracts concluded with fishing inspection. Authorized fishing gear for a single natural person shall contain 5 fishhooks and two crayfish traps, and 10 fishhooks and 3 crayfish traps for members of fishing and hunting associations. Total allowable daily catch for natural persons shall be 3 kilograms of fish and 30 species of crayfish, and 5 kilograms of fish and 50 species of crayfish for members of fishing and hunting associations.
