Abstract

The Government decrees to validate the Regulation. State Grain Inspection is especially authorized institution for state control over quality and rational use of cereals, grains and their derivatives. State Grain Inspection is guided in its activity by the Russian Constitution, Federal Laws, Presidential Decrees and Orders, Ministerial Decrees and Orders and other Legislative Acts. State Grain Inspection carries out control over Federal Laboratory and its territorial branches.
