Abstract This Decree consisting of 3 Article aims at amending the Second Schedule included in the original text and listing the dangerous dogs. Furthermore, are added the prerequisites needed for the import and utilization of dogs for service animals, emotional support animals, or medical reasons, namely (i) submission of an accredited document from a training center certifying the dog's training for one of the specified purposes; (ii) furnishing a medical report establishing the owner's health condition in support of the dog's purpose; (iii) a commitment from the dog owner not to transfer ownership, abandon, or breed the dog, and to comply with the stipulations outlined in pertinent legislation.
