It shall be applicable to flour and alimentary paste. Grains and cereals destined for flour production must be safe and accompanied by food safety certificate. In case of identification in grains and cereals of pests, pathogens, insects and rodents producer must carry out disinfection and disinfestations in order to ensure conservation and safety of stored produce. Storage conditions of flour, grains and cereals must prevent the following risks: (a) infection by pests; (b) infection by dead pests; (c) excess of humidity of enriched flour; (d) prevention of infection by the products of vital activity of pests; and (e) heating of grain.
