Abstract

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of the utilization of confiscated precious forest species: nutwood, walnut, walnut roots and burr walnut. Confiscated aforesaid precious timber shall be transported to Bishkek and its further use shall be determined by special Commission set up by the Government.
