Food safety shall be ensured through production control, including laboratory testing. The modalities and periodicity of production control shall be established by the manufacturer of confectionery items. This Ministerial Decree shall be applicable to milk and dairy products, fruit and berries, fats, salt and bakery, and also food additives. Full text Russian Website www.government.kz
