This Ministerial Decree enters into force 21 days after the date of its official publication.
Abstract

This Ministerial Decree establishes that the scope of holding tenders shall be fixing hunting grounds and fishery water bodies and (or) sites and qualification requirements set for the participants. Hunting grounds, as well as fishery waterbodies and/or areas of local significance, fully located on land plots located in private property or in the temporary use of physical and non-state legal entities shall be assigned to them without tender at their request, by decision of the local executive body of the region, provided compliance thereof with established qualification requirements. Tender for assignment of hunting grounds shall be applicable to reserve hunting grounds, which on the basis of inter-farm hunting management planning is recognized as potential for hunting grounds. Hunting grounds shall be assigned by decision of local government by the outcome of tender. Tenders for assignment of fishery waterbodies shall be applicable to reserve fishery bodies or parts thereof, which on the basis certification are recognized as potential for the following types of activities: (a) commercial fisheries; (b) artisanal (sport) fishing; (c) lacustrine commercial fishfarming; and (d) cage culture fishery. Annexes contain application forms, valuation tables for the applicants, business plans and economic substantiation of the applicants and formalization of the outcome of tenders.
