This Ministerial Decree enters into force on 1 January 2011.
Abstract

This Ministerial Decree establishes that the purpose of expertise shall be determination of the level of nuclear and radiation safety of the projected or functioning nuclear plants or nuclear sites emanating radiation by comparison of adopted project decisions and the results of their realization with the requirements of normative technical and legislative documentation in the sphere of ensuring nuclear and radiation safety. The main tasks of the expertise shall be: (a) assessment of the adopted decisions in relation to projecting, construction and technical organization; (b) assessment of completeness, sufficiency and substantiation of the aforesaid decisions; and (c) objective conclusions.
