Abstract

This Ministerial Decree shall be applicable to legal and natural persons transporting hazardous substances through inland waterways by vessels. Transportation of hazardous substances through inland waterways by vessels shall be subject to compulsory licensing and shall be regulated by contract concluded between transporter and freighter and/or receiver of cargo. Entry of hazardous substance to harbour shall be permitted prior authorization issued by harbour master.
