Abstract

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of organization of artificial reproduction of aquatic biological resources, and also on conclusion of contracts for artificial reproduction of aquatic biological resources. Artificial reproduction of aquatic biological resources includes: (a) catch (harvest) of aquatic biological resources with a view of obtaining spawn, milt and formation of brood stock; (b) growing of fry and release thereof to waterbodies; and (c) catch of predatory and low-value aquatic biological resources in order to prevent eating up of fry. Artificial reproduction shall be carried out in accordance with contracts concluded by legal persons (individual entrepreneurs) with the Federal Fisheries Agency in accordance with model contract form contained in the Annex.
