Abstract

This Ministerial Decree establishes requirements for atmospheric air quality of urban settlements and rural inhabited areas, noise standards and noise emission limits. It also establishes that each construction and re-construction project related to ferrous metal industry enterprises must contain substantiation of maximum allowable limits of emission of pollutants to the atmospheric air for each stationary source. In case of the absence thereof shall be applicable approximately safe emission levels. Laboratory testing of the degree of pollution of the atmospheric air shall be carried out regularly.
