Abstract

The purpose of this Decree is to consolidate the positive achievements in the fishing industry as a result of economic reforms, conservation and rational use of fishing resources and aquatic biodiversity and the creation of pre-conditions for the increase of production of fish products. The Government entitles the Federal Fisheries Committee, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food and other Federal Executive Bodies to improve the relationship between fishing enterprises within agro-industrial complex; to promote the setting up of profitable, stable, integrated financial structures; to improve finance and credit system for the purpose of execution of compulsory payments to the budgets of every level, re-payment of credits and barring of arrears to non-budgetary state social funds.
