It shall be applicable to pastries and baked commodities, but to bread and flour product nor to infant food. This Technical Regulation establishes: (a) mandatory safety requirements for confectionary products; (b) product identification requirements; (c) packaging and labelling requirements; and (d) product compliance requirements. Product identification requirements shall ensure product tracing and access to reliable information related to products. Raw materials used for manufacturing of confectionary products shall comply with mandatory food safety requirements.
