This Ministerial Decree enters into force ten calendar days after the date of its official publication.
Abstract

This Ministerial Decree establishes the procedure for cooperation of state bodies during veterinary interventions. Veterinary measures shall be intended a set of anti-epizootic measures, veterinary and sanitary procedures aimed at preventing the occurrence, the spread or eradication of animal diseases, including their prevention, treatment or diagnosis; disinfection (sanification), removal and destruction of animals infected with particularly dangerous diseases that pose a threat to animal and human health; improving animal productivity; ensuring safety of products and raw materials of animal origin, feed and fodder additives, including the identification of farm animals, for the protection of animal and human health from infectious diseases, including those common to animals and human beings. State bodies, depending on the tasks assigned to them are exchanging the following information: (a) about revealing of transferred (transported) objects with infringement of requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of veterinary in process of revealing - the authorized bodies in the field of veterinary, public health services, the customs control, department of the state body in the field of sanitary and epidemiologic well-being of the population, law-enforcement bodies; (b) on morbidity of animals and people by zoo-anthroponotic diseases on a quarterly basis - the authorized body in the field of veterinary and department of the state body in the field of sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population; and (c) on unauthorized transition of transferred (transported) objects from neighboring countries - authorized bodies in the field of veterinary, bodies that carry out protection of the State border within their competence. The exchange of information shall be carried out in electronic form and (or) on in print format.
