Abstract

This Ministerial Decree establishes the Regulation on coordination with the authorized state bodies processes of elaboration, manufacturing, trade, recycling and destruction of foodstuffs and compliance of machinery, equipment and materials used for carrying out the aforesaid operations with a view of ensuring food safety. It shall be applicable to all stages of food processing and to all foodstuffs except for homemade food destined for personal consumption. Foodstuffs subject to state registration shall be coordinated by the authorized state bodies by the results of testing after which foodstuffs are subject to recording the state register. Foodstuffs subject to mandatory certification shall be issued compliance certificate. In case of internal trade of foodstuffs they shall be subject to veterinary of sanitary and epidemiological expertise by the outcome of which shall be issued certificate.
