Abstract

The present Regulation determines the modalities of establishment of restrictions and bans on management of plant species. Restrictions and bans can be imposed upon to wild plants for the purpose of their protection as environmental monument; conservation of rare or typical landscape; conservation of wild-growing rare, endangered or protected plants and trees, any plant growing on the territory of protected areas. Restrictions and bans can be established in the following cases: a. period of land tenure of a plot of land, plot of forested area and water body within which boundaries plant species are growing; b. for the period of natural life of plant species; c. for the period necessary for renewal of plants and (or) their natural habitats; d. for the period of ripening fruits, berries, nuts and other parts of wild-growing plants.
