Abstract

The Government, for the purpose of tightening up control over the quality and the volume of the alcohol products delivered for retail trade and public catering, decrees to validate the Regulation. Delivery of alcohol products for retail trade and public catering within Regional boundaries is carried out by the organizations irrespectively of their organizational structure and legal form, in possession of licenses for wholesale trade of alcohol products after appropriate accrediting. Accrediting is carried out for the purpose of concentrating of the volume of delivery of alcohol products, fulfilled by organization-supplier, ensuring control on their part over the quality and volume of alcohol products destined for retail trade and public catering with due regard to demand and supply at the regional market of alcohol products, its volume of output, and the necessity to maintain conditions for free competitions. Accrediting is carried out by authorized institution of the Regional Executive Body by announcing tender.
